US:
As
president of PFMS I have created a close, loyal
and honest relationship with my customers, trying
my utmost to meet their office needs
and deadlines. I also have created a good
and respecting relationship with my employees,
working side by side with them as time permitted. One
reason why many companies fail is because the employees
are dissatisfied and treated unfairly. I
strongly believe in treating an employee as you
yourself would want to be treated and respected, hence
rewarding them
for their works.
In
1990 I became incorporated, and I went from a two
man / one van / 1000 square feet operation to now,
a four to eight man / three trucks and 10,000 square
feet operation. We are still growing and
hope to provide our services to those who will give
us the opportunity to do so. |
