Here's how it works! 
Images are downloaded into the website program with descriptions, sizes, colors, location number, condition, asset tag information and what office or location it arrived from. After this information has been entered you can now view your item with an enlarged photo, tag the item and e-mail it to PFMS or your own outside vendor for distribution to your choice destination. For access to the website, you are provided with your choice of a User Name and Password, enabling you and your staff to view your inventory at the touch of your fingers.  Each item is given an individual ID number for easy tracking. Photos can be taken with a digital camera, a tripod and proper lighting just about anywhere.  These services are also provided by PFMS if you so desire. This program is also available for sale or we could host it for you for a minimal monthly fee.
